The word solutions can raise questions, and it should. Soft washing uses a cleaning mix — usually water, a mild detergent, and a diluted disinfectant — at a controlled concentration. It is not the same as dumping full-strength product on the house or the yard.

On a well-run job we pre-wet or cover landscaping, keep concentrations in a working range, and rinse thoroughly afterward. That combination is what keeps plants, pets, and family in mind while still killing the algae and mildew we came to treat.

If you are worried, ask your specialist about the dilution we plan to use and our plant-protection steps for your property. Those are fair questions, and we would rather answer them before we start than leave you guessing.
